This working group will define a cybersecurity approach for the EOSC Federation with an initial focus on establishing a Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).
Cybersecurity coordination is especially important in a federated environment, where incidents are often not isolated and can affect multiple Nodes and service or repository providers. Inputs include:
- EOSC I/F Security Operational Baseline to enable secure infrastructure operation and the FAQ produced by the EOSC Future project in 2022
- EOSC AAI architecture 2025 document specifies common security procedures to be supported by EOSC nodes
- Definitions and operating procedures solicited from federated RIs and e-infrastructures that have CSIRT structures in place
