The EOSC Symposium 2025 features several distinguished participants, including keynote speeches from Robbert Dijkgraaf, Enrica Porcari, and Shelley Stall; and featuring policy-makers Maria Leptin, Marc Lemaître, Vanessa Matz and Jean-David Malo.

Keynote speakers

The Symposium will serve as the debut of the EOSC Federation, showcasing the first wave of 13 candidate EOSC Nodes and the EOSC EU Node. How to register

Public registration is open to all. We encourage interested participants to secure their in-person seat as early as possible. A seat is secured only after payment is received. This year’s Symposium is an in-person only event, with no online streaming, so please register today to be part of this landmark gathering.

To register, please click on the link above and follow these steps:

1. When the registration page opens, a pop-up may appear. If you have not received a code from EOSC-A, please just close the pop-up and proceed.
2. Choose the ticket type that best suits your role, and then complete the registration form.
3. Once your registration is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email including your invoice. Please read the payment instructions carefully in order to complete your registration.
4. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a second confirmation email indicating that your seat at the Symposium is secured.
5. Your official EOSC Symposium 2025 ticket, including a unique QR code, will arrive via email a few days before the event. 

Dual-wave registration

The EOSC Symposium is the largest and most anticipated event on the EOSC calendar, and the 2025 edition will accommodate 500 in-person attendees. To ensure a broad and balanced in-person participation, the Programme and Organising Committees have established a dual-wave registration process.

The first wave of registrations, by invitation only, opened early in the summer and targeted priority stakeholders, such as EOSC-A Members, representatives of the EOSC Federation Build-Up Group, the EOSC Steering Board, INFRAEOSC project coordinators and others. The first wave of registrations closed on 03 September 2025. The second wave of registration is open now and available to all on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accommodations

Participants of the EOSC Symposium 2025 can benefit from special room rates at Hotel Le Plaza Brussels, Hotel Indigo Brussels City, and the Cardo Brussels Hotel. All of them offer comfortable double-bed rooms for single use, with breakfast included for one person.

Please note: All listed prices refer to double-bed rooms for single use. If a second person is added to the reservation, additional charges will apply for both the second guest and their breakfast.

Rooms at these rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred accommodation.
