Membership consultation on EOSC’s role in FP10 now open

EOSC-A has launched an online consultation inviting its Members and Observers to provide feedback on the draft position paper outlining EOSC’s role in the EU’s 10th Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10). The consultation will remain open until 14 April 2026 at 17:00 CEST.

The draft position paper follows the decision taken at the EOSC Association’s 12 General Assembly, in December 2025, that EOSC-A should prepare a position paper to articulate its vision for a post-2027 EOSC in the context of the upcoming FP10.

The discussions on the future of EOSC post-2027 have been held regularly since July 2022. This paper builds on a structured and inclusive process that culminated with the membership consultation meetings held in February and March 2026. These consultations drew broad engagement, with invitations extended to all EOSC-A Members and Observers and discussions limited to discrete stakeholder groups in order to isolate and capture diverse perspectives. The present document reflects the consolidated views and inputs gathered through this consultation process.

The draft paper calls for a distinct Work Programme-based Partnership for EOSC that includes EOSC-A as an equal Partner in its Tripartite governance.

The consultation is a feedback opportunity for all EOSC-A Members and Observers to continue helping to shape EOSC-A’s position. Each organisation may submit more than one response.
