To better understand the roles, expectations, and perspectives of its membership, EOSC-A is organising a series of consultations in February and March 2026 with Members and Observers to establish a common position on the future of EOSC post-2027.

Input collected during co-creation process will feed into a position paper outlining the preferred governance and funding model for EOSC post-2027. The paper will be presented and voted on at the EOSC-A 13th General Assembly on 28-29 May 2026 in Brussels.
The consultations are organised into four stakeholder groups with two sessions scheduled for each group:
- Mandated Organisations (MOs)
- 02 February 2026, 10:00-12:00 CET, online
- 27 March 2026, 10:00-11:00 CET, online
- 15 April 2026, 10:00-16:30 CEST, in-person in Brussels
- Venue: The meeting will take place at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel located across the street from the departure hall of the Brussels airport.
- Accommodation: A special group rate has been secured at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel for participants staying on the nights of 14 and 15 April 2026. Participants may book their room via this link before 14 March 2026. The rate is EUR 199.00 per night (single occupancy), including breakfast, VAT, and service charge, and excluding a city tax of EUR 11.00 per night. A supplement of EUR 20.00 per night applies for double occupancy (including breakfast for the second guest).

Each organisation may nominate only one representative to participate in the co-creation process, and each representative may attend only those sessions corresponding to one of the four consultation groups listed above. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions scheduled for their group.
