EOSC Monitoring Tool is now live: Join our webinars!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the EOSC Monitoring Tool, a new platform designed to make it easier and more efficient for EOSC-A Members to submit and track their in-kind contributions towards the Partnership’s objectives.

Members can start benefiting from the new EOSC Monitoring Tool by creating an account to access their data collected since 2021, which will be continuously updated as new entries are submitted.

The tool supports reporting on in-kind contributions, i.e. Additional Activities Plans and Reports (AAPs and AARs), and tracks the Partnership’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the Memorandum of Understanding and the objectives set out in the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). It brings together three key components:

  • Collaborative survey submissions,
  • A repository for viewing and exporting historical contributions, and
  • A module for analysing trends over time, which provides charts and insights based on previous submissions.

In line with the newly revised reporting calendar established by the European Commission, the next round of AAP–AAR surveys will be open from mid-January 2026 until 31 March 2026. For the first time, the EOSC Monitoring Tool will be used covering the AAP 2027 survey to gather estimated in-kind contributions foreseen for 2027, and the AAR 2025 survey to validate actual contributions reported for AAP 2025.   Further details will follow closer to the surveys’ launch.

Training webinars

To support Members and Mandated Organisations in using the EOSC Monitoring Tool, EOSC-A offers online training sessions covering its main functionalities and allowing time for questions. To secure opportunities for all Members to benefit from the trainings, EOSC-A will hold the same webinar on three different days. It is sufficient for Members to attend one of the webinars. Attendees may choose from the following dates and times when registering:

  • Monday, 8 December 2025 (12:00–13:00 CET)
  • Friday, 12 December 2025 (11:00–12:00 CET)
  • Wednesday, 7 January 2026 (15:00–16:00 CET)

The EOSC-A Monitoring Team remains available at monitoring@eosc.eu should Members have any questions in the meantime.
