The closing event for the EOSC Focus project and the kick-off of its successor, EOSC GRAVITY, will take place on Monday, 26 May 2025 in Antwerp, Belgium. Details regarding registration, event venue, accommodation options, and recommendations for things to do in Antwerp are provided below.
The handover event will be held alongside the 10th General Assembly of the EOSC Association. Project partners planning to attend the General Assembly on 27-28 May 2025 need to complete a separate registration form for GA#10.
Registration
Registration for the handover event from EOSC Focus to EOSC Gravity is now open! To attend the meeting, please complete the registration form by 5 May 2025 (23:59 CEST).
Venue
The handover meeting from EOSC Focus to EOSC GRAVITY will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Antwerp City Centre.
The hotel is ideally located in front of the magnificent Antwerp Central Station, just steps away from the city’s trendy and historic center. The venue is easily accessible by train and car, with a direct train from Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to Antwerp Central Station in just 30 minutes. There is also a direct Eurostar connection to Antwerp.
