The Swedish Research Council and SwissCore organise a Science Briefing on ‘Harnessing the power of data to tackle Antimicrobial resistance (AMR)‘, a pressing global challenge threatening our ability to treat common infections effectively.
During this event, we are convening a distinguished panel of experts to discuss the One-Health Approach to AMR, and the critical role of data in combating AMR. Together, we will delve into the questions of how the Joint Programming Initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance (JPIAMR) and the future European Partnership on One Health AMR (OHAMR) will leverage a One Health approach and build work on existing initiatives for data sharing.
This event is a unique opportunity to gain insights from leading experts in the field of AMR and to explore how data can be leveraged to combat this growing global threat.
More information on our speakers and timing can be found in the programme.
You are welcome to join us on 23 April 2024 at 09:00 (registration opens at 08:45) at the SwissCore office (Rue du Trône 98, 1050 Brussels).
After the event, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a light sandwich lunch.
To confirm your participation, please register by 16 April the latest.
