Advancing the EOSC Federation: Core & Federating Capabilities, Nodes, Hubs, and the Road Ahead
Resources and Videos
As the EOSC Federation shifts toward an operational, node-centric ecosystem, this joint event marks a pivotal transition point for the technical architecture of the EOSC Federation.
Organised as the Final Event for the EOSC Beyond project and a Public Forum for EOSC Mesh, this full-day gathering brings together EOSC Association members, Node operators, technical architects, data stewards, and Horizon Europe project partners to review tangible results and map the immediate road ahead.
The morning program highlights the final achievements of EOSC Beyond, showcasing core architectural advancements, alongside practical insights and integration patterns demonstrated by our 10 Pilot Nodes.
The afternoon shifts focus toward operational adoption and multi-project alignment. Participants will explore how EOSC Mesh and new production nodes are incorporating EOSC Beyond’s technical specifications during their initial deployment phase. The session will feature contributions from other Horizon Europe sister projects, concluding with an executive panel on the long-term sustainability, governance, and scaling of the EOSC Federation.
