Call for EOSC-A Task Force members for 2027-2028 now open

The EOSC-A Board has launched a call for members of the EOSC-A Task Force for the 2027-2028 period. Applications must be submitted by 30 September 2026 (23:59 CEST).

Please visit the call page to review the Charters of the new Task Forces, eligibility criteria, application requirements and the submission form. The new Task Forces are:

  • FAIR Data and AI
  • Health Data
  • Long-Term Data Retention and Reusability
  • Quality, Trust, and Sovereignty of Data
  • Semantic Interoperability

Why new Task Forces?

The mandates of the four current EOSC-A Task Forces come to an end in 2026. The call is launched following the decision of the Board to renew the Task Force structure for the period of 2027-2028 to reflect the evolving needs of EOSC and the EOSC Federation, and the priorities emerging from the forthcoming EOSC Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA 2.0).

Why participate?

Members of the new Task Forces will have a unique opportunity to advance EOSC through their professional insights during a critical period as discussions about Europe’s next framework programme culminate and the EOSC Federation enters operations. They will contribute to the implementation of SRIA 2.0 priorities and liaise with EOSC-related Horizon Europe projects and Common European Data Spaces to coordinate key activities.
