Aneta Pazik-Aybar

Aneta Pazik-Aybar, PhD, leads the Open Science office at the National Science Centre Poland (NCN), a research-funding organisation, where she coordinates the Open Science programme spanning scholarly communication, open research data, and FAIR principles. Her work includes coordinating the Polish EOSC Node as part of the EOSC Federation, and contributing to the EOSC Steering Board, where she has serves as a Co-Chair since 2026. She has also represented NCN as an expert in international and national forums and advisory bodies, including the EOSC Association, Science Europe’s Open Science Working Group, the cOAlition S Expert Group, and bodies attached to the Ministry of Science, contributing to the development of policy on FAIR, open and secure FAIR research data.
