Meeting with EOSC-A Mandated Organisations

EOSC-A is organising a meeting for Mandated Organisations to wrap up the series of membership consultations to establish a common position on the future of EOSC post-2027, and prepare for the EOSC Association’s 13 General Assembly meeting, where the position paper will be submitted for approval.

The meeting will take place in-person on 15 April 2026 from 10:00 to 16:30 at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel located across the street from the departure hall of the Brussels airport.

Registration

To attend the meeting, Mandated Organisations need to fill in the registration form by 07 April 2026 (23:59 CEST).

Accommodation

A special group rate has been secured at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel for participants staying on the nights of 14 and 15 April 2026. Participants may book their room via this link before 14 March 2026. The rate is EUR 199.00 per night (single occupancy), including breakfast, VAT, and service charge, and excluding a city tax of EUR 11.00 per night. A supplement of EUR 20.00 per night applies for double occupancy (including breakfast for the second guest).
