The 13th General Assembly of the EOSC Association will be held as an in-person, lunch-to-lunch meeting on 28-29 May 2026 in Brussels, Belgium. To attend the meeting, fill in the registration form below by Thursday, 07 May 2026 (23:59 CEST).
Roles at the General Assembly
- Delegate or Deputy Delegate: represents an EOSC-A Mandated Organisation or Member and holds voting rights,
- Representative or Deputy Representative: represents an EOSC-A Observer,
- Participant (non-delegate, non-representative): is affiliated with EOSC-A Member or Observer Organisation, but is not the official Delegate or Representative,
- Guest: European Commission or Steering Board representatives only.
Proxy
If the official Delegate or Deputy Delegate cannot attend the General Assembly, it is possible to:
- Appoint another person from the same Member Organisation as a Delegate by writing to ga@eosc.eu by 07 May 2026; or to
- Hand in a proxy to a Delegate of another EOSC-A Member Organisation by filling in the registration form below. In the field “Your role at the General Assembly”, select “Delegate of a Member Organisation: Cannot attend and want to appoint a proxy”, and you will be able to enter the proxy’s details.
