Joint General Assembly meeting of EOSC United and EOSC Gravity

The EOSC United and EOSC Gravity projects will hold a joint General Assembly meeting on Wednesday, 27 May 2026 in Brussels. This full-day, in-person meeting will bring together partners from both projects to review progress to date, discuss key achievements, and align on strategic priorities. The programme will conclude with a networking dinner, offering participants an opportunity to connect and exchange insights in an informal setting.

Registration

Registration for the General Assembly meeting is now open. Representatives of partner organisations from the EOSC United and EOSC Gravity projects are invited to register by 07 May 2026.

Venue

The meeting will take place at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel, located in the European Quarter, close to the city centre.

Accommodation

Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own travel and accommodation.

Participants can benefit from special hotel rates at the Radisson RED Brussels situated just a few metres from the event venue. The preferential rate is €190 per night for the night of 26–27 May 2026. The rate includes VAT, breakfast, and Wi-Fi. A city tax of EUR 5.30 per night is excluded.

Rooms must be booked before 29 April 2026. Any rooms booked after the cut-off date will be subject to availability. Free cancellation is possible until 13 May 2026 at 6:00 pm (hotel local time). After this deadline, or in case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

To book at the Radisson RED, participants must visit the Radisson RED Brussels website. Please note this is not the general Radisson website. To benefit from the preferential rate, reservations must be made using the promotional code EOSC0526. Bookings made without this code and outside the group rate are not guaranteed under the negotiated conditions.

Please ensure that the correct stay dates are selected and that the number of guests is set to 1 adult, as the code is valid for single occupancy only. If participants wish to book double occupancy, they should first complete the booking using the code and then contact the hotel directly to request the change. A supplement of €20 per night applies.
