EOSC-A 15th General Assembly

GA#15 will be held online on Friday, 27 November 2026, from 09:30 to 13:00 CET, with an ID check beginning at 08:00 CET. Please complete the registration form by Friday, 20 November 2026 (23:59 CET). Due to preparations for the Directors’ elections, which will take place during the meeting, late registrations cannot be accepted.

If a Delegate of a Member organisation is unable to attend, they may give their proxy to another Delegate. Instructions for doing so are available on the registration page. The GA#15 meeting papers will be distributed by email on 6 November 2026.

The call for candidates for three EOSC-A Director positions, each for a three-year term, was launched on 01 September 2026. The election will take place during GA#15, with voting conducted electronically.
