21st International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC27)

The call for submissions for the 21st International Digital Curation Conference (#IDCC27) is now open!

We announced that we are heading to Lisbon, Portugal, from 9–12 February 2027.  Submissions are welcome to address this year’s conference theme: FAIR DO’s: Centring People in the Stewardship and Curation of Digital Objects.   #IDCC27 will accept submissions in five formats:  ✅ Papers – Present in-depth research or advanced practice work with meaningful results and insights for the community.  ✅ Lightning Talks – Share work in progress or completed projects that provide lessons and reflections for digital curation.

🗓Submission deadline: 3 July 2026

 ✅ Posters – Promote your ideas visually, spark conversations, and get feedback in our dedicated poster sessions.

✅ Demos (new for IDCC27) – Showcase an application to the digital curation community.

🗓Submission deadline: 16 October 2026

✅ Workshops – Propose hands-on training or interactive sessions that engage peers in skills development and knowledge sharing.
