The French Open Science Monitor (FOSM) is a national dashboard that tracks Open Science indicators, supporting France’s Open Science policy by monitoring its evolution across the country. The indicators can also be viewed for individual French institutions or research units. Designed as an evolving tool, FOSM broadens its scope analysis over time while aiming to comply with the principles of Open Science monitoring.
