25 Years of FCT in Science

In the context of the cycle of conferences associated with the celebrations of FCT’s 25th anniversary, a session dedicated to the theme “Open Science, Repositories and b-on (Online Library)” will be held on 26 July. The session will take place in Braga, in the Pedagogical Complex II (CPII), Auditorium B1, Gualtar campus, University of Minho. The aim of this session is to enhance the involvement of researchers, science managers, students and the general public.
Highlighted in this session are the topics of Open Science, Open Science Policies and Infrastructures of the European Commission, the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), and Plan S, which will be presented by speakers Eloy Rodrigues (Univ. Minho), Konstantinos Repanas (European Commission), Ignacio Blanquer (EOSC), and Johan Rooryck (cOAlition S).
This will take place in person, requiring prior registration. Alternatively, it will be possible to follow the session via online streaming. The complete program for the session is now available.
