The online meeting will take place this Friday, 22 November 2024, from 10:00 to 13:30 CET, with online check-in open from 8:00-10:00.

With more than 270 registered participants, we ask you to check in as early as possible so that this process goes smoothly.

  • No late check-in is possible.
  • An ID must be presented at check-in to verify each registrant’s identity.

Registration for the EOSC Association’s 9th General Assembly is now closed.

Please join us to cast your vote on critical decisions that impact the direction of EOSC-A, including:

  • Election of four new Board Directors
  • Admission of new Members and Observers
  • Adoption of SRIA 1.3, including the Multi-Annual Roadmap (MAR) 2026-2027
  • Approval of the 2025 Work Plan

The candidate applications have already been shared via email with the EOSC-A membership as part of the documentation for GA#9. EOSC-A published short videos in which each candidate outlines their vision for EOSC and discusses how they plan to contribute to the work of the Board.
