On 26-27 October 2023, the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine held the Second International Conference “Open Science and Innovations in Ukraine 2023,” to discuss the best practices implementation and future development prospects in open science.
The event has been supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine and is carried out in partnership with international organizations.
