Join the annual KU Leuven Open Science day on 2 May 2023, the rich programme includes presentations and posters from scholars with diverse backgrounds; early career researchers and professors, from humanities, biomedical sciences and science, engineering and technology. Our keynote speakers are Muki Haklay (UCL London) and Thomas Margoni (KU Leuven’s Centre for IT & IP Law).
Muki Haklay is a Professor of Geographic Information Science at University College London (UCL) and a renowned Citizen Science expert. He will discuss how Citizen Science fits in the Open Science movement.
Moreover, a dedicated session will be devoted to research assessment and its relation with Open Science.
