Deadline to report Additional Activities has been extended through 12 July 2024

In accordance with the EOSC Partnership’s MoU, EOSC-A Members are asked to report on their in-kind Additional Activities each year. To collect this information, EOSC-A conducts two parallel surveys running from 8 April 2024. The deadline for reporting has been extended through 12 July 2024.

The Additional Activities Plan (AAP) 2025 survey gathers estimated in-kind contributions foreseen for 2025; and the Additional Activities Report (AAR) 2023 survey serves to validate the actual contributions provided to AAP 2023.

The EOSC Association offered three online training webinars in April, and is continuing with open office hours to support its Members with their reporting requirement.

The EOSC Association held three online training webinars in April to assist its Members with filling in the Additional Activities surveys. The training sessions were held:

• 9 April, 11:00-12:00 CEST
• 11 April, 11:00-12:00 CEST
• 17 April, 15:00-16:00 CEST

Office hours

From 25 April to 30 June 2024, EOSC-A will offer office hours via Zoom every Thursday between 10:00-11:00 CEST. The monitoring team will contact Members directly to share the Zoom meeting link with them.

The office hours provide an in-person opportunity for Members to pose specific questions or request clarifications regarding the surveys for AAP 2025 and AAR 2023.
