CRG is a multidisciplinary research centre in biomedicine, focused on understanding the complexity of life from the genome to the cell to a whole organism and its interaction with the environment, offering an integrated view of genetic diseases. The CRG is co-managing the European Genome-phenome Archive, in partnership with the European Bioinformatics Institute, and it integrates the national sequencing centre (CNAG-CRG), with one of the largest DNA sequencing and analysis capacities in Europe.
