Registration for EOSC Association’s 10th General Assembly is now open! To participate in this important event, where members will elect the next President of the EOSC Association, please complete the registration form by 5 May 2025 (23:59 CEST).
GA#10 will be held as an in-person-only, lunch-to-lunch meeting on 27-28 May 2025 in Antwerp. It will take place alongside the closing event for the EOSC Focus project and the kick-off of its successor, EOSC GRAVITY.
Members planning to attend the handover from EOSC Focus to EOSC Gravity on 26 May 2025 are required to complete a separate registration form.

*The General Assembly is the supreme authority of the Association and is composed of one (1) Delegate per Member with voting rights and one (1) Representative per Observer without voting rights.
The General Assembly elects the President for a term of three (3) years, who may be re-elected for one more term. The first President may be elected for a shorter term. On the proposal of the President, the Board appoints the Vice-President and Treasurer. The President chairs the meetings of the General Assembly and the Board.
The General Assembly has all powers except those expressly reserved or delegated to the other bodies of the Association by its Articles of Association or by a decision passed by the General Assembly (Article 3 of the Articles of Association).
