CISPE, the Cloud Infrastructure Services Providers in Europe, will present its updated Handbook for Procurement of Public Cloud Infrastructure on February 16. The Handbook has been updated to incorporate the Principles of Fair Software Licensing, and its release comes at a key moment, as the European Union begins disbursing its recovery funds for digitalization.
