Trust-IT Services Srl is an Italian nimble and dynamic SME established in 2008 and specialised in research, communication, and community building in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) and in developing innovative web and mobile applications, and web portals across Europe and globally. Trust-IT’s central asset is a highly-skilled, dynamic, international team of 50+ professionals that delivers quality communication and dissemination services, with pragmatic and effective stakeholder engagement plans, and designs and implements tailor-made web-based solutions. In the past years, Trust-IT has grown into a results-oriented SME with specific expertise in supporting impact creation from Research & Innovation initiatives and has achieved evidence-based and measurable success working closely with small and large enterprises, government, and research institutions.
Trust-IT Services has consolidated experience in performing communication and stakeholder engagement efforts for pan-European projects, with over 70 EU-funded projects successfully completed in the past 15 years.
Trust-IT and EOSC align through a continued trusted relationship in delivering varied software solutions and digital communications and marketing services for the EOSC Association specifically as well as providing these services within a series of tailored EOSC-related projects, such as Blue-Cloud2026, OSCARS and more recently EOSC FIDELIS, around trusted digital repositories. From June 2025, Trust-IT will lead the Communication Work Package within EOSC United.
