EURAMET e. V. is the European Association of National Metrology Institutes. The science of measurement, metrology, is vital for scientific research, trade and industry, and our daily lives. Modern society could not function without it. EURAMET coordinates research in measurement across Europe to enable the high accuracy, low uncertainty measurements that society requires. For more than a decade we have implemented metrology research programmes jointly funded by member states and the EU.
