EOSC Association 6th General Assembly Registration form

The EOSC Association General Assembly #6 will be held in person on 22 - 23 May 2023 at the Renaissance Hotel in Brussels. Please note that no hybrid option will be available.

Delegates and Representatives of EOSC-A Members and Observers are invited to save-the-date and register filling in the webform below by Tuesday 9 May 2023.

Roles at the GA:

• Delegate: represents an EOSC-A Mandated Organisation or Member and holds voting rights
• Representative: represent an EOSC-A Observer
• Participant (non-delegate): member of an EOSC-A Member or Observer but is not the official Delegate or Representative
• Guest: only European Commission or Steering Board representatives

Proxy:

If the official Delegate cannot join the Assembly, it is possible to:

• Appoint another person from your organisation as Delegate by writing to ga@eosc.eu (before Friday 12 May 2023)
• Hand in a proxy to a Delegate of another EOSC-A Member organisation by filling in the webform below. In the field "Role at the General Assembly" select "Delegate of my organisation, I cannot attend and want to appoint a proxy" and you'll be able to enter the proxy's details.

Accommodation:

The Association reserved some rooms in the Renaissance Hotel for a conference price of 200 EUR per night, to book them use this link before 21 April 2023.
