SUMMARY:EOSC-A 14th General Assembly
DESCRIPTION:As agreed at GA#13 in May 2026\, the next EOSC-A General Assembly will take place\, in accordance with Article 3.5 of the Articles of Association\, via written procedure from 01–13 September 2026. This GA#14\, will consist of two voting items: (1) approval of the proposed revision of Article 4 of the EOSC-A Internal Regulations; and (2) the endorsement of the next version of EOSC’s Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda\, SRIA 2.0. \nExtensive background on these two items is available in the GA#13 minutes\, Items 4 and 8\, and in the respective paperwork distributed in advance of the May meeting. The papers for GA#14 will be distributed to EOSC-A membership by e-mail on 12 August 2026. They will include detailed information about how to use Helios Voting as well as guidance on the nomination of alternative delegates. \nPlease note that\, for this General Assembly\, registration is not required and proxies from other institutions will not be accepted. EOSC-A will distribute the ballots directly to all delegates on 01 September 2026.
