Due to preparations for the Directors’ elections\, late registrations will not be accepted. \nShould Delegates of Member organisations not be able to attend\, please remember that you can always give proxy to another Delegate. The respective instructions can be found on the registration page. \nThe GA will be held online on 10 December 2025\, from 12:00 to 17:30 CET\, with the first two hours reserved for check-in of registered participants. The meeting begins promptly at 14:00. \nThe GA#12 paperwork was shared by email with all Members and Observers on 20 November. In addition to updates on EOSC-A and the EOSC Federation\, the meeting’s agenda includes a neutral paper outlining potential FP10 implementation routes for EOSC post-2027. A second paper describes the proposed co-creation process to establish EOSC-A’s common position on a post-2027 EOSC.
