SUMMARY:National Tripartite Event: Spain
DESCRIPTION:The tripartite EOSC Spain event aims to bring together the three actors in EOSC governance (EC\, EOSC-SB and EOSC-A). This event is open to the entire community and aims to align and guide activities within this framework\, as well as to introduce the initiative to new actors. The event will focus on presenting the current status and discussing the options that the node federation model can provide to Spanish partners. It is intended that an important part of the event will have a participatory nature and will allow information to be collected to define the national\nstrategy.

DESCRIPTION:The 6th annual Mannheim Open Science Day will occur on the September 24th\, 2024. The Open Science Day is a fantastic opportunity to showcase\, share and discuss the diverse array of Open Science activities and experiences taking place at the University of Mannheim and beyond. \nThis year the University Library Mannheim Open Science Day will feature Best Practices in Open Science from researchers at the University of Mannheim including Open Science implementations in Economic History\, Software Engineering and the value of connecting research with society. Additionally\, they will also feature lightning talks from the newest Open Science Grant 2024 awardees and national efforts to improve Open Science and reproducibility from members of the German Reproducibility Network. \nAll members and researchers of the University of Mannheim and beyond are invited to join the Open Science Day.
